The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage in India, encompassing four holy sites: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Nestled in the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand, these shrines hold immense spiritual significance in Hinduism and are believed to cleanse the soul and grant salvation. The journey begins at Yamunotri, dedicated to the Goddess Yamuna, followed by Gangotri, the origin of the holy River Ganga. Pilgrims then proceed to Kedarnath, home to Lord Shiva and one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, before concluding at Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This spiritually enriching yatra, set against the backdrop of serene mountain landscapes, is a profound journey of devotion and self-discovery.

Day 01
Pune - Delhi
- Board the train from Pune to Delhi
- Begin your spiritual Char Dham pilgrimage, exploring the most sacred destinations of Uttarakhand
- Overnight travel
Day 02
Delhi - Haridwar
- Pickup from Delhi and transfer to Haridwar
- In the evening, visit Har-Ki-Pauri for a spiritual worship of the Holy Ganges
- Check-in at the hotel
- Enjoy dinner
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 03
Haridwar - Barkot
- After breakfast, check out early in the morning and head towards Barkot
- Enroute, visit Kempty Falls (subject to time and traffic conditions)
- Arrive in Barkot
- Check-in at the hotel and relax
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in Barkot
Day 04
Yamunotri Darshan
- Barkot to Yamunotri and back (approximately 42 km, with a 5 km trek each way)
- Early morning (around 4:00 AM), drive to Jankichatti (42 km approx.), then begin the 5 km trek from Jankichatti to Yamunotri, which can be done on foot, by doli, or on horseback at your own expense
- Upon reaching Yamunotri, take a dip in the hot Jamnabai Kund and then visit the temple for darshan
- Afterward, trek back to Jankichatti and proceed to Barkot
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 05
Barkot - Uttarkashi
- Barkot to Uttarkashi (approximately 95 km, 4 hours)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi
- Enroute, visit Praketswar Mahadev
- Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple
- Check-in at the hotel and relax
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in Uttarkashi
Day 06
Gangotri Darshan
- Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back (approximately 100 km each way)
- Early morning (between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM), drive to Gangotri
- Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a sacred dip in the Ganga river, also known as Bhagirathi at its source, and then visit the temple for darshan
- After the temple darshan, return to Uttarkashi
- Stay overnight in Uttarkashi
Day 07
Uttarkashi - Guptkashi
- Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (approximately 223 km, 9 to 10 hours)
- After breakfast (around 7:00 AM), check out from the hotel and drive towards Guptkashi
- Upon arrival in Guptkashi, check-in to the hotel
- Dinner
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 08
Guptkashi - Sitapur - Kedarnath
- Guptkashi to Sitapur - Kedarnath (approximately 35 km drive and a 22 km trek)
- Early morning (1:00 AM to 3:00 AM), check out from the hotel and drive to Sitapur
- From Sitapur, begin the 22 km trek to Kedarnath either on foot, by Doli, or horse at your own cost
- In the evening, visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take part in the evening Aarti
- Overnight stay at Kedarnath (arranged independently)
Day 09
Kedarnath - Guptkashi
- Kedarnath to Guptkashi (22 km downhill trek and 35 km, approximately 3 hours by road)
- Early morning (4:00 AM), visit the temple for darshan, then begin the trek down to Sitapur
- Upon reaching the cab parking at Sitapur, proceed to your hotel
- Check-in at the hotel upon arrival
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 10
Guptkashi - Pipalkoti/Joshimath
- After breakfast in the morning, drive to Pipalkoti/Joshimath.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
- Enjoy dinner at the hotel.
- Overnight stay at Joshimath/Pipalkoti.
Day 11
Badrinath Darshan
- In the morning, head to Badrinath for a bath in Tapt Kund, also known as Suryakund, followed by a visit to the temple for darshan.
- After a brief rest, embark on an exciting sightseeing tour of Mana Village, the last village before the Tibetan border.
- Explore Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Bhim Pul, and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River.
- In the evening, return to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.
Day 12
Pipalkoti/Joshimath - Rishikesh
- Pipalkoti/Joshimath - Rishikesh
- After breakfast at 7:30 AM, begin your journey to Rishikesh.
- Enroute, stop at Devprayag to witness the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers.
- Upon arrival in Rishikesh, visit Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula.
- In the evening, participate in the aarti at Triveni Ghat, time permitting.
- After the aarti, head to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 13
Rishikesh - Delhi
- Rishikesh/Haridwar - Delhi (approximately 250 kms)
- After breakfast, begin your journey towards Delhi.
- Arrive in Delhi and proceed for drop-off.
- Board the train to Pune.
- The yatra concludes with heartfelt blessings and cherished memories.
