The standard check-in time is 11 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Your understanding is appreciated.
Transportation will be arranged as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use. (AC will not function in hilly areas.)
Package prices may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic congestion, hotel/flight overbooking, flight cancellations or rerouting, site closures, or entry restrictions. While we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment has been received, without providing a reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the guest.
Any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, particularly actions that disrupt the group or involve physical/verbal assault towards the Tour Manager, may be removed from the tour without a refund.
The company reserves the right to modify hotels or the tour itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.
Once registration is confirmed, cancellations, transfers, or exchanges are not permitted.
In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait until repairs are completed.
Travelers are solely responsible for any incidents, including theft, loss, injuries, or any unlawful activities such as carrying banned substances or engaging in illegal actions during the tour.
